Participation Terms and Cancellation Policy

I want the workshop to be a high-quality and inspiring experience for every participant. To keep the collaboration predictable for everyone, the following rules apply to your registration.

1. Registration and payment

  • Your registration becomes final after you submit the registration form and pay the participation fee.
  • Seats are secured in the order payments are received. Until the fee arrives, I cannot guarantee your seat.

2. Workshop viability

To provide the best possible quality, the workshop requires at least 6 participants.

Decision deadline: No later than 7 calendar days before the workshop starts, I decide whether the event goes ahead based on the participant count, and I also share the exact venue at that time.

If the event is canceled:

  • In this case, you have two options: either I refund 100% of the paid amount within 3 business days,
  • or your registration can be moved to the next announced date.

3. Cancellation terms by the participant

I understand that plans can change, but due to venue and preparation costs I also need a clear framework.

Cancellation timing and refund rate

  • More than 10 days before the event: 100% refund
  • Between 7 and 10 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Within 7 days of the event: No refund

Important: Your ticket can be transferred at any time. If you cannot attend, you may send someone else in your place. In this case, please email the new participant's name and contact details.

4. No-show and late arrival

  • No-show: If you do not attend the workshop and did not notify me in advance (within the deadlines above), I cannot refund the participation fee, and it cannot be applied to another date.
  • Late arrival: The workshop starts exactly at the announced time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier. In case of delay, I cannot repeat already covered content to avoid disrupting the group's progress. No partial refund is provided for time missed due to lateness.

5. Code of conduct and responsibility

  • All participants attend the workshop at their own responsibility.
  • If a participant's behavior (for example aggression, intoxication, or continuous disruption) blocks the professional work or disturbs other participants, the organizer has the right to remove that participant from the event. In this case, no refund is provided.

6. Photo and video

  • Photos or short videos may be recorded during the event for documentation and marketing purposes.
  • By registering, you consent to the use of these recordings. If you do not want to appear in photos or videos, please let me know before the workshop starts.

7. Force majeure and other terms

  • If the workshop is canceled due to my side (for example illness), the full participation fee is refunded, or you can use it for a later date (your choice).
  • Each participant attends the workshop at their own responsibility.
  • The organizer reserves the right to change the venue (to a similar category and accessibility), and participants will be informed by email.
