I am Krisztián Papp. I have been designing and building systems for fifteen years, and today I work as a consultant with software engineering teams: helping them deliver reliably without losing sight of technical quality — including how they adopt AI tooling without cutting corners.

How I think about engineering and teams
- Practices only matter if they survive everyday pressure. Anything that only works in a slide deck is not interesting.
- Architecture should create options, not freeze teams into a specific framework or vendor.
- Documentation should be light but reliable: ADRs and diagrams that engineers actually trust.
- Good teams learn to make decisions together instead of depending on a single "hero" engineer.
- AI tooling is leverage, not a replacement for engineering judgment: it speeds up strong teams and amplifies the gaps in weak processes.
