We look at how many of you there are and the seniority mix of the team.
We go through the architecture and decision-making problems you would want to work on, so the workshop starts from your situations.
We agree on the format (a team workshop at your site or remote, or possibly an open session in Budapest) and when it would fit your calendar.
If it fits, you get an agenda tailored to your situation after the call. We talk about price after that.
If it turns out the workshop would not do much for you right now, I will tell you straight.
